Article 94Accreditation of Excellent Motor Vehicle Maintenance Business Operators
第九十四条（優良自動車整備事業者の認定）
In order to improve the maintenance of motor vehicles, the Director of a District Transport Bureau, upon application, accredits excellent motor vehicle maintenance business operators, for each place of business having facilities, technology and a management organization that conform to the standards prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, with respect to persons engaged in the business of maintaining or modifying motor vehicles or parts thereof.
地方運輸局長は、自動車の整備の向上を図るため、申請により、自動車又はその部分の整備又は改造を業とする者について、国土交通省令で定める基準に適合する設備、技術及び管理組織を有する事業場ごとに、優良自動車整備事業者の認定を行う。
A person who has received accreditation as an excellent motor vehicle maintenance business operator must display, at the place of business, a sign of the form prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism so that it is easily visible to the public.
優良自動車整備事業者の認定を受けた者は、事業場において、公衆の見易いように、国土交通省令で定める様式の標識を掲げなければならない。
A person other than a person who has received accreditation as an excellent motor vehicle maintenance business operator must not display the sign referred to in the preceding paragraph or a sign similar thereto.
優良自動車整備事業者の認定を受けた者以外の者は、前項の標識又はこれに類似する標識を掲げてはならない。
If the Director of a District Transport Bureau finds that a person who has received the accreditation under paragraph (1) no longer has facilities, technology and a management organization that conform to the standards prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism referred to in that paragraph, the Director may revoke the accreditation.
The types of accreditation under paragraph (1) and other implementing details of accreditation are prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
第一項の認定の種類その他認定の実施細目は、国土交通省令で定める。
