A motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must keep a specified maintenance record book and, when it has performed specified maintenance, enter the following matters in it:
自動車特定整備事業者は、特定整備記録簿を備え、特定整備をしたときは、これに次に掲げる事項を記載しなければならない。
the motor vehicle registration number for a registered motor vehicle, the vehicle number for a motor vehicle for which a vehicle number has been designated under the latter part of Article 60, paragraph (1), and the chassis number for any other motor vehicle;
an outline of the specified maintenance;
特定整備の概要
the date on which the specified maintenance was completed;
特定整備を完了した年月日
the name and address of the client;
依頼者の氏名又は名称及び住所
other particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
その他国土交通省令で定める事項
A motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must deliver to the user of the motor vehicle a copy of the specified maintenance record book stating the matters set out in the items of the preceding paragraph.
自動車特定整備事業者は、当該自動車の使用者に前項各号に掲げる事項を記載した特定整備記録簿の写しを交付しなければならない。
A specified maintenance record book must be preserved for two years from the date of the entry.
特定整備記録簿は、その記載の日から二年間保存しなければならない。
