Article 15, paragraphs (2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the case where notification is made under the preceding paragraph in connection with the dismantling of an end-of-life automobile. In this case, the term "registered motor vehicle" in those provisions is deemed to be replaced with "light motor vehicle subject to inspection or two-wheeled small-sized motor vehicle".

The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is to, when a notification has been made under the main clause of the preceding paragraph, issue to the person who made the notification a certificate of notification of scheduled export that states that export of the motor vehicle is scheduled and whose validity period lasts until the scheduled date of that export.
Article 15-2, paragraphs (3) and (4) apply mutatis mutandis to the case where a notification has been made under the main clause of paragraph (3) concerning the export of a light motor vehicle subject to inspection or a two-wheeled small-sized motor vehicle. In this case, in paragraph (3) of that Article, "certificate of provisional cancellation of registration for export" is deemed to be replaced with "certificate of notification of scheduled export" and "make cancellation of registration for export" with "record that fact in the light motor vehicle inspection file or two-wheeled motor vehicle inspection file prescribed in Article 72, paragraph (1)", and in paragraph (4) of that Article, "paragraph (2)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 69-2, paragraph (4)" and "certificate of provisional cancellation of registration for export" with "certificate of notification of scheduled export".
