A motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent must not commit any of the acts set forth in the following items:
自動車登録番号標交付代行者は、左の各号に掲げる行為をしてはならない。
failing to issue a motor vehicle registration number plate, without a disaster or other unavoidable reason, when a request is made by a person who must receive the issuance of a motor vehicle registration number plate pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article and Article 14, paragraph (2));
issuing a motor vehicle registration number plate to a person other than the person referred to in the preceding item.
前号の者以外の者に自動車登録番号標を交付すること。
Where a motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent has violated this Act, an order under this Act, or a disposition based on either of them, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may order suspension of its business for a period specified within three months, or revoke its designation.
国土交通大臣は、自動車登録番号標交付代行者がこの法律若しくはこの法律に基く命令又はこれらに基く処分に違反したときは、三箇月以内において期間を定めてその事業の停止を命じ、又はその指定を取り消すことができる。
