The authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism provided for in this Act may be delegated to a Director of a District Transport Bureau, as provided by Cabinet Order.
この法律に規定する国土交通大臣の権限は、政令で定めるところにより、地方運輸局長に委任することができる。
The authority of a Director of a District Transport Bureau provided for in this Act and the authority delegated to a Director of a District Transport Bureau pursuant to the preceding paragraph may be delegated to a Director of a Transport Supervision Department or a Director of a Transport Branch Office, as provided by Cabinet Order.
この法律に規定する地方運輸局長の権限及び前項の規定により地方運輸局長に委任された権限は、政令で定めるところにより、運輸監理部長又は運輸支局長に委任することができる。
Where the authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism or a Director of a District Transport Bureau has been delegated to a Director of a District Transport Bureau, or to a Director of a Transport Supervision Department or a Director of a Transport Branch Office, pursuant to paragraph (1) or the preceding paragraph, matters necessary for the application of the provisions of this Act and other laws and regulations may be specified by Cabinet Order within the extent judged reasonably necessary.
