第五条
To the extent necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of the preceding three Articles, the mayor of the municipality of domicile may request the heads of the local governments concerned and other persons to make the provision of information on the characters indicating the reading of the characters used in the former surname pertaining to a person who, at the time this Cabinet Order comes into effect, has a former surname entered in the certificate of residence.
