This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act on the Use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (February 3, 2003).
この政令は、行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律の施行の日（平成十五年二月三日）から施行する。
