Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act
第五条（住民基本台帳法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a person who has been an insured person under the National Pension Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985), the phrase "was an insured person under National Pension" in Article 28, item (i), (c) of the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended pursuant to Article 13 is deemed to be replaced with "was an insured person under National Pension (including an insured person under the National Pension Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985); the same applies hereinafter in this Article)".
国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号）第一条の規定による改正前の国民年金法による被保険者であつたことがある者については、第十三条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法施行令第二十八条第一号ハ中「国民年金の被保険者であつた」とあるのは、「国民年金の被保険者（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号）第一条の規定による改正前の国民年金法による被保険者を含む。以下この条において同じ。）であつた」とする。
