Article 4Provisions of Laws and Regulations Concerning the Scope of Insured Persons under National Pension
第四条（国民年金の被保険者の範囲に関する法令の規定）
The provisions of laws and regulations specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 7, item (xi) of the Act are the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959).
法第七条第十一号に規定する政令で定める法令の規定は、国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）附則第五条の規定とする。
