Article 30-9Method of Providing Identity Confirmation Information to the Executive Body of the Municipality in the Notifying Prefecture
第三十条の九（通知都道府県の区域内の市町村の執行機関への本人確認情報の提供方法）
The provision, by the Agency under Article 30-10, paragraph (1) of the Act (limited to the part pertaining to items (i) through (iii)), of the specified identity confirmation information retained by the Agency to the mayor of a municipality or other executive bodies of the municipality within the area of the notifying prefecture (meaning the notifying prefecture prescribed in that paragraph; the same applies in the following Article and Article 30-11) (hereinafter referred to as an "executive body of a municipality in the notifying prefecture" in this Article) is to be carried out by one of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の十第一項（第一号から第三号までに係る部分に限る。）の規定による特定機構保存本人確認情報の通知都道府県（同項に規定する通知都道府県をいう。次条及び第三十条の十一において同じ。）の区域内の市町村の市町村長その他の執行機関（以下この条において「区域内の市町村の執行機関」という。）への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
