Article 30-7Retention Period of Identity Confirmation Information in the Agency
第三十条の七（機構における本人確認情報の保存期間）
The period specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 30-7, paragraph (3) of the Act is, in accordance with the classification of identity confirmation information listed in the following items, the period from the day of notification of that identity confirmation information until the day specified in the relevant item.
法第三十条の七第三項に規定する政令で定める期間は、次の各号に掲げる本人確認情報の区分に応じ、当該本人確認情報の通知の日から当該各号に定める日までの期間とする。
Identity confirmation information notified by reason of an entry in the certificate of residence or an amendment of an entry having been made: the day on which 150 years elapse, counted from the day on which notification of new identity confirmation information concerning the person pertaining to that identity confirmation information was received;
住民票の記載又は記載の修正が行われたことにより通知された本人確認情報 当該本人確認情報に係る者に係る新たな本人確認情報の通知を受けた日から起算して百五十年を経過する日
