Article 50-9Prohibition against the use of information relating to registration operations for other purposes
第五十条の九（登録業務に関する情報の目的外使用の禁止）
No officer or employee of a Real Estate Information Network System or person who was formerly in such a position are to use information obtained concerning Registration Operations for a purpose other than operations as prescribed in Article 50-3, paragraph (1).
