Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 55
第十一条（第五十五条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the annual plan prescribed in Article 38-10 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures as amended by the provisions of Article 55, for the first business year of the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems on or after the effective date, the phrase "Before the start of each business year, the Agency must, based on the medium-term plan approved under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Without delay after obtaining the approval under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article for the first medium-term plan on or after the date on which the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts for the Formation of a Digital Society (Act No. 37 of 2021) comes into effect, the Agency must, based on that medium-term plan".
地方公共団体情報システム機構の施行日以後最初の事業年度の第五十五条の規定による改正後の行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律第三十八条の十に規定する年度計画については、同条中「毎事業年度の開始前に、前条第一項の認可を受けた」とあるのは、「デジタル社会の形成を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（令和三年法律第三十七号）の施行の日以後最初の中期計画について前条第一項の認可を受けた後遅滞なく、その」とする。
