第六条
The minimum wage that is in effect at the time this Act comes into effect and applies to mariners (meaning mariners to whom the Mariners Act (Act No. 100 of 1947) applies), and that was decided under the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the former Act (including one amended under the provisions of Article 16-3 of the former Act), is deemed to be a minimum wage decided under the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (3) of the new Act.
この法律の施行の際現に効力を有する船員（船員法（昭和二十二年法律第百号）の適用を受ける船員をいう。）に適用される最低賃金であって、旧法第十六条第一項の規定により決定されたもの（旧法第十六条の三の規定により改正されたものを含む。）は、新法第三十五条第三項の規定により決定された最低賃金とみなす。
