Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning the Minimum Wage Decided under the Provisions of the Former Act
第三条（旧法の規定により決定された最低賃金に関する経過措置）
With regard to the minimum wage decided, and in effect at the time this Act comes into effect, under the provisions of Article 11 of the former Act (including one amended under the provisions of Article 13 of the former Act), the provisions of Article 5 of the former Act remain in force for two years after this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に効力を有する旧法第十一条の規定により決定された最低賃金（旧法第十三条の規定により改正されたものを含む。）については、この法律の施行後二年間は、旧法第五条の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
