Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply to cases where the establisher of a hospital specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under that paragraph appoints the administrator of that hospital on or after the day of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions (referred to as the "item (ii) Effective Date" in the following Article).
