Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2007; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 16, the provisions of Article 31 and the provisions of Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation.
the provisions of Article 1, the provisions of Article 3, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the Supplementary Provisions, and, among the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending Article 65, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922): January 1, 2007.

the provisions of Article 3, the provisions of Article 7, the provisions amending Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act in the provisions of Article 8, the provisions of Article 9 (excluding the provisions amending Article 22 of the Pharmacists Act), the provisions of Article 11, the provisions of Article 14, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending the entry for the Act on Public Health Nurses, Midwives and Nurses (Act No. 203 of 1948) and the entry for the Pharmacists Act (Act No. 146 of 1960) in Appended Table 1 of the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 67 of 1947) in the provisions of Article 18 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 30 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2008
第三条の規定、第七条の規定、第八条の規定中薬事法第七条第一項の改正規定、第九条の規定（薬剤師法第二十二条の改正規定を除く。）、第十一条の規定、附則第十四条第三項及び第四項の規定、附則第十八条の規定中地方自治法（昭和二十二年法律第六十七号）別表第一保健師助産師看護師法（昭和二十三年法律第二百三号）の項及び同表薬剤師法（昭和三十五年法律第百四十六号）の項の改正規定並びに附則第三十条の規定 平成二十年四月一日
