第四条
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has established sanatorium-type bed groups prescribed in Article 1-5, paragraph (3) of the Former Medical Care Act in a clinic having obtained the permission under Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Former Medical Care Act is deemed to have obtained, for the beds pertaining to those sanatorium-type bed groups, the permission under paragraph (3) of that Article as long-term care beds prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the New Medical Care Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧医療法第七条第三項の許可を受けて診療所に旧医療法第一条の五第三項に規定する療養型病床群を設けている者は、当該療養型病床群に係る病床について、新医療法第七条第二項第四号に規定する療養病床として同条第三項の許可を受けたものとみなす。
