Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Registration of Dentists Who Have Completed Clinical Training
第十一条（臨床研修修了歯科医師の登録に係る経過措置）
A person who currently holds a dentist's license at the time of the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, and a person who applied for a dentist's license before the enforcement of those provisions and received the license after their enforcement, are deemed, for the purpose of the application of the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 and the Dental Practitioners Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5, to be persons registered under Article 16-4, paragraph (1) of that Act.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に歯科医師免許を受けている者及び当該規定の施行前に歯科医師免許の申請を行った者であって当該規定の施行後に歯科医師免許を受けたものは、第三条の規定による改正後の医療法及び第五条の規定による改正後の歯科医師法の適用については、同法第十六条の四第一項の規定による登録を受けた者とみなす。
