In the case falling under any of the following items, the person who committed the violation is punished by a fine of 200,000 yen or less:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
when they have violated the provisions of Article 3, Article 4, paragraph (3), Article 4-2, paragraph (3), Article 4-3, paragraph (3), Article 8, Article 8-2, paragraph (2), Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, Article 12, Article 16, Article 18, Article 19, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 21, paragraph (1), items (ii) through (xi) or paragraph (2), item (ii), Article 22, item (i) or items (iv) through (viii), Article 22-2, item (ii) or (v), Article 22-3, item (ii) or (v), or Article 27;
when they have failed to report or submit or have falsely reported pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (2), Article 6-8, paragraph (1), or Article 25, paragraphs (1) through (4), or have refused, obstructed, or evaded an inspection by the relevant official pursuant to the provisions of Article 6-8, paragraph (1) or Article 25, paragraphs (1) through (3);
第五条第二項、第六条の八第一項若しくは第二十五条第一項から第四項までの規定による報告若しくは提出を怠り、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又は第六条の八第一項若しくは第二十五条第一項から第三項までの規定による当該職員の検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
when they have failed to post or falsely posted pursuant to the provisions of Article 14-2, paragraph (1) or (2);
when they have failed to give notification in violation of an instruction under the provisions of Article 38, paragraph (1) or Article 38-2, paragraph (1); or
第三十八条第一項又は第三十八条の二第一項の規定による指示に違反して、届出をしなかつたとき。
when they have failed to give notification in violation of the provisions of Article 38, paragraph (3) or Article 38-2, paragraph (3).
第三十八条第三項又は第三十八条の二第三項の規定に違反して、届出をしなかつたとき。
