Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance

In addition to the case prescribed in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, the employment insurance stamp purchase book prescribed in Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance that is issued to an employer who intends to purchase employment insurance stamps during the period from July 1, 1994 to the last day of that month is to remain in the former form.
