第八条（社会保険労務士法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 14-7 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance as amended by the provisions of Article 22 do not apply to a disposition for delinquency received before the date on which the provisions of Article 22 come into effect.
第二十二条の規定による改正後の社会保険労務士法第十四条の七の規定は、第二十二条の規定の施行の日前に受けた滞納処分については、適用しない。
