第七条（社会保険労務士会等に関する経過措置）
A labor and social security attorney's association or the Japan Federation of Labor and Social Security Attorney's Associations that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is actually established under Article 25-2, paragraph (1) or Article 25-7, paragraph (1) of the Former Act is deemed to be, respectively, a labor and social security attorney's association or the Japan Federation of Labor and Social Security Attorney's Associations established under Article 25-6, paragraph (1) or Article 25-13, paragraph (1) of the New Act (hereinafter, except in Article 23 of the Supplementary Provisions, referred to as the "Federation").
この法律の施行の際現に旧法第二十五条の二第一項又は第二十五条の七第一項の規定により設立されている社会保険労務士会又は全国社会保険労務士会連合会は、それぞれ、新法第二十五条の六第一項又は第二十五条の十三第一項の規定により設立された社会保険労務士会又は全国社会保険労務士会連合会（以下附則第二十三条を除き、「連合会」という。）とみなす。
