第三条（割賦販売法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4-2 of the Installment Sales Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "New Installment Sales Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 29-4, paragraph (1) and Article 30-6 of the New Installment Sales Act) do not apply to an offer received, before this Act comes into effect, by an installment seller, a loan-affiliated installment seller or a seller affiliated with the intermediation of installment purchases that relates to a specified contract (meaning, among contracts concerning a transaction equivalent to a business opportunity sales transaction prescribed in Article 51, paragraph (1) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions that were concluded by a person who carries on a business equivalent to the business opportunity sales prescribed in that paragraph, a contract with an individual who performs, at a place other than a business establishment or other similar facility, services provided or arranged in connection with the business equivalent to those business opportunity sales; the same applies below in this Article) under which designated goods are sold by the method of installment sales prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Installment Sales Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Installment Sales Act"), the method of loan-affiliated installment sales prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article, or the method of sales pertaining to the intermediation of installment purchases prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article (referred to in the following paragraph as the "method of installment sales, etc.").
第二条の規定による改正後の割賦販売法（以下この条において「新割賦販売法」という。）第四条の二（新割賦販売法第二十九条の四第一項及び第三十条の六において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、この法律の施行前に割賦販売業者、ローン提携販売業者又は割賦購入あっせん関係販売業者が受けた申込みで、第二条の規定による改正前の割賦販売法（以下この条において「旧割賦販売法」という。）第二条第一項に規定する割賦販売の方法、同条第二項に規定するローン提携販売の方法又は同条第三項に規定する割賦購入あっせんに係る販売の方法（次項において「割賦販売等の方法」という。）により指定商品を販売する特定契約（特定商取引法第五十一条第一項に規定する業務提供誘引販売業に相当する事業を行う者が締結した同項に規定する業務提供誘引販売取引に相当する取引についての契約のうち、その業務提供誘引販売業に相当する事業に関して提供され、又はあっせんされる業務を事業所その他これに類似する施設によらないで行う個人との契約をいう。以下この条において同じ。）に係るものについては、適用しない。

新割賦販売法第五条（新割賦販売法第三十条の六において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、この法律の施行前に締結した特定契約で、割賦販売等の方法により指定商品を販売するものについては、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 8 of the New Installment Sales Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 29-4, paragraph (1) and Article 30-6 of the New Installment Sales Act) do not apply to a specified contract concluded before this Act comes into effect under which designated rights are sold or designated services are provided by the method of installment sales prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Former Installment Sales Act, the method of loan-affiliated installment sales prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article, or the method of sales or provision pertaining to the intermediation of installment purchases prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article.
The provisions of Article 29-4, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the New Installment Sales Act do not apply to amortized repayments or payment money concerning designated goods for which a purchaser, before this Act comes into effect, concluded a specified contract to purchase them by the method of loan-affiliated installment sales prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (2), item (i) or (ii) of the Former Installment Sales Act.
The provisions of Articles 30-4 and 30-5 of the New Installment Sales Act do not apply to the amount to be paid or payment money concerning designated goods for which a purchaser, before this Act comes into effect, concluded a specified contract to purchase them by the method of purchase pertaining to the intermediation of installment purchases prescribed in each item of Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Former Installment Sales Act.
新割賦販売法第三十条の四及び第三十条の五の規定は、この法律の施行前に購入者が旧割賦販売法第二条第三項各号に規定する割賦購入あっせんに係る購入の方法により購入する特定契約を締結した指定商品に係る支払分又は弁済金については、適用しない。

「ローン提携販売」
