If a designated credit bureau falls under one of the following items, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry may order the designated credit bureau to have another designated credit bureau perform all or part of the specified credit information services:
経済産業大臣は、指定信用情報機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、当該指定信用情報機関に対し、特定信用情報提供等業務の全部又は一部を他の指定信用情報機関に行わせることを命ずることができる。

指定信用情報機関が天災その他の事由により特定信用情報提供等業務の全部又は一部を実施することが困難となつたとき。
If the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry issues an order under the preceding paragraph, the minister must issue public notice of this in the Official Gazette.
