If the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry finds that the measures taken by a business that handles credit card numbers (excluding a person which falls under paragraph (1), item (ii) of the preceding Article; the same applies below in this Article) as prescribed in paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) of the preceding Article do not conform to the standards prescribed in paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) of that Article, the minister, within the scope that it is necessary, may order the business that handles credit card numbers to change the business method connected with those measures or to take any other necessary measures.
