If the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry finds that a designated entrusted institution falls under the provisions of one of Article 35-5, items (ii) through (iv), the minister may order the designated entrusted institution to take the necessary measures to improve its financial condition or business operations.
経済産業大臣は、指定受託機関が第三十五条の五第二号から第四号までの規定に該当することとなつたと認めるときは、当該指定受託機関に対し、財産の状況又はその事業の運営を改善するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
