With regard to the revision of the amount of disability pensions, pensions for surviving family and illness or injury pensions for the months from April to July of the insurance year to which the effective date belongs, and of disability lump-sum payments, lump-sum payments for surviving family and the lump-sum payments referred to in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (Act No. 85 of 1973; hereinafter referred to as the "1973 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act") prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1980 Amendment Act, for which the grounds for payment arose from April 1 to July 31 of that insurance year, the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1973 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article (including as applied with the replacement of terms pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1974 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions) and the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1974 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions remain in force even on and after the effective date. In this case, the phrase "long-term illness or injury benefits" in Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1973 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "illness or injury pension".
