Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Prescription under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as Amended
第九条（改正後の厚生年金保険法における時効に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 92, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to the right to receive the return of insurance benefits) and paragraph (2) of that Article as amended by the provisions of Article 4 apply to that right and the right prescribed in that paragraph that arise on or after the Effective Date.
第四条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第九十二条第一項（保険給付の返還を受ける権利に係る部分に限る。）及び第二項の規定は、施行日以後に生ずる当該権利及び同項に規定する権利について適用する。
