Article 3-12-3Replacement of Terms in the Application of Provisions Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 78-11 of the Act

第三条の十二の三（法第七十八条の十一に規定する政令で定める規定の適用に関する読替え）

The provisions specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 78-11 of the Act are the provisions listed in the left-hand column of the following table, and for the application of those provisions, the words listed in the middle column of the same table in the provisions listed in that column are deemed to be replaced with the words listed in the right-hand column of the same table, respectively.

Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Actthe person's standard monthly remuneration falls belowthe person's standard monthly remuneration (where the standard monthly remuneration has been revised or decided pursuant to Article 78-6, paragraph (1), the standard monthly remuneration before the revision under that paragraph, and excluding the standard monthly remuneration decided under that paragraph) falls below

法第七十八条の十一に規定する政令で定める規定は、次の表の上欄に掲げる規定とし、これらの規定の適用については、同欄に掲げる規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句とする。

法第二十六条第一項その標準報酬月額その標準報酬月額（第七十八条の六第一項の規定により標準報酬月額の改定又は決定が行われた場合にあつては、同項の規定による改定前の標準報酬月額とし、同項の規定により決定された標準報酬月額を除く。）
