①A silver human resources center or silver human resources center association that, on the effective date, is actually providing a free employment placement service after having submitted a notification under Article 42, paragraph (2) of the Former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 45 of the Former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons) may continue to provide that free employment placement service under the provisions then in force until the day on which two years have elapsed from the effective date.

②If a silver human resources center or silver human resources center association referred to in the preceding paragraph has, during the period referred to in that paragraph, submitted a notification of a fee-based employment placement service pursuant to the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (2) of the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons as amended by the provisions of Article 4 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 45 of that Act), it is deemed to have submitted a notification of abolition pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-8, paragraph (1) of the Employment Security Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 33-2, paragraph (7) of that Act as applied with replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (3) of the Former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 45 of the Former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons).
