Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Adjustment Provisions Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Act Partially Amending the Code of Civil Procedure
第十四条（民事訴訟法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Code of Civil Procedure is before the Effective Date, the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
