第十五条
A petition for a change in the order among custodians or the appointment of a custodian pursuant to the proviso to Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Former Act or item (iv) of that paragraph (limited to such a petition in the case where, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, a treatment case in which a person with a mental disorder is the covered person is currently pending, or medical care for the person with a mental disorder under the Former Medical Treatment and Supervision Act has not ended, and excluding a petition for which the ruling concerned became final and binding before the enforcement of this Act) is deemed to be a petition for a change in the order among custodians or the appointment of a custodian pursuant to the proviso to Article 23-2, paragraph (2) of the New Medical Treatment and Supervision Act or item (iv) of that paragraph.
