The court of prior instance must correct its ruling when it finds grounds for an immediate appeal filed against the ruling; provided, however, that a ruling regarding any of the matters set forth in Appended Table 2 may not be corrected.
原裁判所は、審判に対する即時抗告を理由があると認めるときは、その審判を更正しなければならない。ただし、別表第二に掲げる事項についての審判については、更正することができない。
