Article 79Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Code of Civil Procedure Concerning Rulings
第七十九条（審判に関する民事訴訟法の準用）
The provisions of Article 247, Article 256, paragraph (1), and Article 258 (excluding the second sentence of paragraph (2) of the Article) of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to a ruling. In this case, the phrase "after the rendition" in Article 256, paragraph (1) of the Code is deemed to be replaced with "from the day on which notice of the ruling is first given to the person who receives notice of the ruling".
民事訴訟法第二百四十七条、第二百五十六条第一項及び第二百五十八条（第二項後段を除く。）の規定は、審判について準用する。この場合において、同法第二百五十六条第一項中「言渡し後」とあるのは、「審判が告知を受ける者に最初に告知された日から」と読み替えるものとする。
