The court may consolidate or bifurcate the proceedings of domestic relations cases.
裁判所は、家事事件の手続を併合し、又は分離することができる。
The court may revoke a judicial decision made under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

When the court has ordered the consolidation of proceedings of Domestic Relations Cases involving different parties, and if a party requests the examination of a witness who had already been examined before the consolidation but whom that party had no chance to examine, the court must have the witness examined.
裁判所は、当事者を異にする家事事件について手続の併合を命じた場合において、その前に尋問をした証人について、尋問の機会がなかった当事者が尋問の申出をしたときは、その尋問をしなければならない。
