Article 26Application Mutatis Mutandis of the Code of Civil Procedure Concerning Counsel and Counsel's Authority of Representation
第二十六条（手続代理人及びその代理権に関する民事訴訟法の準用）
The provisions of Article 34 (excluding paragraph (3)) and Article 56 through Article 58 (excluding Article 58, paragraph (3)) of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to a counsel and the counsel's authority of representation.
