Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 82, paragraph (2), the withdrawal of a petition for adjudication of a disposition regarding the division of property may not become effective without the consent of the respondent after the respondent has submitted a document on the merits or made statements on a date for proceedings for adjudication of domestic relations.
第八十二条第二項の規定にかかわらず、財産の分与に関する処分の審判の申立ての取下げは、相手方が本案について書面を提出し、又は家事審判の手続の期日において陳述をした後にあっては、相手方の同意を得なければ、その効力を生じない。
