Article 102Application Mutatis Mutandis of Provisions Concerning Appeals Against Rulings
第百二条（審判に対する不服申立ての規定の準用）
The provisions of the preceding Subsection (excluding the provisions of Article 85, paragraph (1), Article 86, paragraph (1), and Articles 88 and 89 (including the cases where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 96, paragraph (1) and Article 98, paragraph (1))) apply mutatis mutandis to an appeal filed against a judicial decision other than a ruling, which is made by a court or judge or the presiding judge.
