If there is a violation of an order to suspend the verification and other affairs under Article 104-45, paragraph (2), the person who committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for a term of up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen.
第百四条の四十五第二項の規定による確認等事務の停止の命令に違反したときは、当該違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
