第二条（定義）
In these Supplementary Provisions, the "new Act" means the Commercial Code as amended by this Act, and the "former Act" means the previous Commercial Code.
この附則で、「新法」とは、この法律による改正後の商法をいい、「旧法」とは、従前の商法をいう。
