When a person who has been ordered to bear the court costs can not pay those costs due to indigence, he/she may, in accordance with the Rules of Court, request to be exempted in whole or in part from execution of the decision for him/her to pay said court costs.
訴訟費用の負担を命ぜられた者は、貧困のためこれを完納することができないときは、裁判所の規則の定めるところにより、訴訟費用の全部又は一部について、その裁判の執行の免除の申立をすることができる。
A request as set forth in the previous paragraph shall be made within twenty days of when the decision that orders the person to bear court costs becomes final and binding.
前項の申立は、訴訟費用の負担を命ずる裁判が確定した後二十日以内にこれをしなければならない。
