The execution of decisions shall be directed in writing and a copy or extract of the written judgment or trial records which describe the decision shall be attached thereto; provided, however, that, excluding a direction to execute a sentence, this may be done by affixing a seal of approval to the original written judgment, a copy or extract thereof, or a copy or extract of the trial records which describe the decision.
裁判の執行の指揮は、書面でこれをし、これに裁判書又は裁判を記載した調書の謄本又は抄本を添えなければならない。但し、刑の執行を指揮する場合を除いては、裁判書の原本、謄本若しくは抄本又は裁判を記載した調書の謄本若しくは抄本に認印して、これをすることができる。
