Article 210Mutatis Mutandis Application of Provisions on the Examination of Witnesses
第二百十条（証人尋問の規定の準用）
The provisions of Article 195; Article 201, paragraph (2); Articles 202 through 204; and Article 206 apply mutatis mutandis to the examination of the parties themselves.
第百九十五条、第二百一条第二項、第二百二条から第二百四条まで及び第二百六条の規定は、当事者本人の尋問について準用する。
