Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the relevant item.
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1 through 3, the provisions of the following Article, and the provisions of Articles 31 through 38 of the Supplementary Provisions: a date before the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act comes into effect, specified separately by Act;
第一条から第三条までの規定並びに次条及び附則第三十一条から第三十八条までの規定 内閣法の一部を改正する法律の施行前の日で別に法律で定める日
