Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1962; provided, however, that, among the provisions of Article 1, the provisions amending Articles 76, 98 and 106 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act, the provisions adding Article 106-2 to that Act, and the provisions amending Article 109, item (i) of that Act, among the provisions of Article 2, the provisions adding Article 20-2 to the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents, and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on August 1, 1962.
この法律は、昭和三十七年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条の規定中道路運送車両法第七十六条、第九十八条及び第百六条の改正規定、同法に第百六条の二を加える改正規定並びに同法第百九条第一号の改正規定、第二条の規定中自動車損害賠償保障法に第二十条の二を加える改正規定並びに附則第三条の規定は、昭和三十七年八月一日から施行する。
