The administrative agency that is to become the reviewing agency must endeavor to prepare a name list of the persons that are to become review officers, and when the name list has been prepared, publicize the list by keeping it at the offices of the administrative agency that is to become the reviewing agency and the related administrative agency reaching the disposition or by other appropriate methods.
審査庁となるべき行政庁は、審理員となるべき者の名簿を作成するよう努めるとともに、これを作成したときは、当該審査庁となるべき行政庁及び関係処分庁の事務所における備付けその他の適当な方法により公にしておかなければならない。
