A person who, knowing the circumstances, records images that were subject to image transmission by an act listed in any item of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article is punished by imprisonment for three years or less or a fine of 3,000,000 yen or less.
Any attempt to commit the crimes prescribed under the preceding paragraph is punished.
