第一条
The purpose of this Act is to prevent the occurrence and spread of harm caused by acts of photographing sexual poses and similar acts, by punishing acts of photographing sexual poses, acts of providing records generated thereby, etc., while making it possible to confiscate copies, etc. of articles produced by acts of photographing sexual poses, and also by taking measures such as the erasure of electronic or magnetic records of images of sexual poses recorded on seized articles.
この法律は、性的な姿態を撮影する行為、これにより生成された記録を提供する行為等を処罰するとともに、性的な姿態を撮影する行為により生じた物を複写した物等の没収を可能とし、あわせて、押収物に記録された性的な姿態の影像に係る電磁的記録の消去等の措置をすることによって、性的な姿態を撮影する行為等による被害の発生及び拡大を防止することを目的とする。
