Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment to the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures
第十四条（行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
During the period from the date of promulgation of this Act to the day before the effective date, the phrase "or the provision of facility-use benefits, etc. for child-rearing, or" in row 94 of Appended Table 1 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures as amended by the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "the provision of,", and the term "implementation" with "implementation or the certification under Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act pursuant to the Act Partially Amending the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing (Act No. 7 of 2019)".
この法律の公布の日から施行日の前日までの間においては、前条の規定による改正後の行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律別表第一の九十四の項中「若しくは子育てのための施設等利用給付の支給又は」とあるのは「の支給、」と、「実施」とあるのは「実施又は子ども・子育て支援法の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第七号）による同法附則第二条の認定」とする。
